About the owner/therapist:

Hello. My name is Tameka Page and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts. I graduated from Westfield State University in May 2022 with my Masters in Counseling. Since then, I have worked in a community mental health agencies emergency services program. This has provided me with experience in crisis and crisis stabilization.

I understand that the search for a new therapist can be daunting. I aim to provide a warm, authentic, and welcoming space for all to feel comfortable engaging in the therapeutic relationship. I believe in collaboration, as it is my role to walk alongside you in your journey. I strive to create a space where client's feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported as they work through their goals.

I currently support adults through life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and relational issues. Collaboratively we can identify what optimal functioning looks like and how can move towards that goal during our work together. My approach is eclectic and will be customized to meet each individual needs while also utilizing evidence based practices.
